$100?? Wow.. a bit steep!? Ill give ya 50$.. can you make it so when you demolish the house, you get the tool back? 1 shot!? No thanks..

Currently there are plenty of Sovereigns in the world just hanging out. Players do not need to spend $100. They could accumulate Sovereigns, over time, from other players, for gold.

Now when "placing" the house you still have to confirm the placement however once it is placed it then acts like any ordinary house. We did not want to edit base code when creating this item. As UO keeps releasing the new Castle and Keep designs we will continue to add those to the ordinary house placement tool. This isn't an item people "need" and with unlimited housing storage right now it is not even an issue.

We also are not sure why UO does not allow these on production shards. Maybe a loading issue? That being said we also didn't want a bunch of these bought up and placed all over Malas right away.

Its a cool item and I don't think it's price is ridiculous tbh... I mean, if we really want to talk about ridiculously priced UOStore items we can start with half of the Ethereals on that list lol

Well, if there are that many Sov's in game.. the in game gold value will be effected.. I would guess? ...any way to get the information in this picture to be displayed here on the forums? be very helpful in determining the value of them in gold.

This isn't an item people "need" and with unlimited housing storage right now it is not even an issue.

I have "Needed" this item since the custom housing system was new and its not even about storage

Not happy about the price, but happy its in game.. time to flex the merchant muscles a bit more.. I guess.
