Fixing (Dan) Chicken Legs

I've run into a few strange issues with cooking bulk order deeds lately, and the most recent one involves the "exceptional chicken leg" deed.
The BOD requires a certain number of exceptional quality chicken legs, but on Heritage it currently seems impossible to craft them exceptional.
I'm on a GM Cooking character and even using a +cooking/exceptional talisman, the game still shows a flat 0% chance to craft them and according to UO Guide a character with 100% skill should have a 55% chance to produce exceptional chicken legs, however, I did not find any other source that says it's even possible to craft chicken legs exceptional.

**Even after trying Master Chef's Apron + Talisman, the exceptional Chance remains 0%

Is this the only one, or are there others? A lot of the food types have a deliberate block for exceptional, but now I wonder if that was changed when cooking got bulk order deeds, or if cooking should not have those deeds to begin with. The easiest change is just to allow them to be crafted as exceptional.

One more!
There is a cooking BOD that asks for "smoke bombs" (both large and small), but smoke bombs are actually crafted using alchemy, not cooking. With cooking we can only make egg bombs, and even when the BOD asks for smoke bombs, we can fill them using egg bombs. So, just need to fix the item name on the cooking BOD.

fish steak cannot be exceptionaly crafted.

fried eggs cannot be exceptionaly crafted

leg of lamb 100 skill=55%exp

cut of ribs 100skill 55%exp

Going further 3groups of items should not have exceptional on their Bods large and small ones

all have 0% with talisman (25%) + master chefs apron (22%)

Are we sure fish steaks should have an exceptional chance?

Currently, these ones have been fixed:
  • Chicken Leg
  • Leg of Lamb

Dan i posted this +also list where 3groups of crafted cooking items are not supposed to be exceptionaly crafted
