Expired Event Summer Festival 2024 - Shoguns of Tokuno - Starts July 15th

This year's Summer Festival will begin on July 15th and will take place in the Tokuno Facet. It will be available until the end of August.

Shoguns of Tokuno will introduce some new quests, town invasion, tot turn-in ranking system, and more!

Get ready to re-explore the isles of Tokuno and do battle on land and sea all while collecting new and past recreated and named event items.

The most dedicated will also be able to obtain the most desired treasure of all—the Title of Shogun Of Tokuno.

NOTICE:

• This years summer festival will introduce quests that can only be done one time per ACCOUNT, every 24 hours, as opposed to past festival quests that were once per character over the same time period.
• Previous complaints/feedback showed us that players were obtaining too many points and that this devalued the rewards.

As a reminder players are allowed to maintain up to 4 accounts/use up to 4 accounts during these events. (3 online at any one time though)

This notice is to give some of our newer players a chance to build up their characters on other accounts they create so that they too can maximize their point earning potential.

Summer Festival Notes:

• Treasures Of Tokuno have been activated.
  • Champion spawn now counts for drops.
  • Lesser Tokuno drops that count during this event have been tagged "Treasure Of Tokuno"
    • Lesser dyes have been shut off during this event.
  • Lesser Tokuno points and drop rate % now appear in the Accounts/My Points/Other tab.
  • Turning in lesser tokuno drops will now add your character name to the ToT Turn In Leaderboard located @ the Zento bank.
    • The Shogun Of Tokuno reward title deed will be awarded to the top 5 participants at the conclusion of the event.
• 4 Greater Tokuno Enhancement Quests have been spawned at the Zento bank to transform older Tokuno greater artifacts into new enhanced versions.
  • The remaining two will be added in the next few days.
• 3 Summer Festival quests to earn tickets have been added to the Zento bank. These can be completed once every 24 hours 1x per account.
  • The remaining questers will be added as the other content is rolled out over the next few days.
• Zento Town Invasion
  • The Town of Zento will start being invaded once every hour starting @ the 7am restart on 7/16
    • Guards have fled Zento so afking in this town during the event is not advised.
    • The prize will be a remake of the various 2018 event sashes, coming in 5 different levels/starting stats.
    • 25% chance for the boss to drop a sash.
    • Sash will drop on the boss's corpse.
• Tokuno Pirate and Merchant Ships:
  • These ship holds will now always contain 1 Summer Festival Ticket and 2 Treasures of Tokuno.
• The Event Merchant has been added to Zento bank.
  • Rewards can be viewed and purchased for tickets.

New ways to obtain summer festival tickets will also be added over the next few days to keep people engaged! As content is added and turned on it will be noted in this thread.

• Once or twice a year we raffle off the Lucky Gold Steed and Lucky Sovereign Steed.
• This year the raffle vaults are located at the Zento bank.
• One raffle box only accepts Gold and the other only accepts Sovereigns.
  • Ticket Prices Are:
    • Gold - 1gp per ticket. (Unlimited tickets, per account, can be purchased)
    • Sovereigns - 1 Sovereign per ticket. (Unlimited tickets, per account, can be purchased)

The raffle ends on 8/31/2021 @ 11am EST and the winners will have the mounts automatically placed within their bank box or backpack. Good luck Heritage!

  • Can obtain the Enhanced Tome Of Lost Knowledge
    • Slayer given is applied at random

3 new rewards for the Summer Festival Event Merchant will be added by this weekend!

• 1 Ethereal Mount (added on 7/24)
• 1 new equipment piece

This event will end on September 1st @ 10am EST.

Turning in lesser tokuno drops will now add your character name to the ToT Turn In Leaderboard located @ the Zento bank.

• The Shogun Of Tokuno reward title deed will be awarded to the top 5 participants at the conclusion of the event.

The leaderboard for turning in ToTs will have a snapshot taken on September 1st @ 10am EST and that will be used to determine who gets the reward title deeds.

The Summer Festival event has ended.

Summer Festival Tickets can continue to be redeemed for prizes until 9/5/2024. After that point, the Event Merchant and any remaining points will be removed.

Fall Festival will be our next main scheduled event.
