Bug Fixes
  • Barrel parts can now be crafted exceptional.
  • Fixed incorrect body value for Abyssal Abomination.
  • Shadowguard Orchard Encounter Apples now behave correctly.
  • Subsequent tames on creatures no longer lower its skill caps.
  • Fixed improper property placement on some of the blackthorn Items.
  • Fixed incorrect shame crystal message.
  • Discordance now expires on dead Pets.
  • Lightning Strike now gains, although slow, to 120.
  • The Dark Wolf Familiar now works correctly.

  • Pets should now only lose a little bit of skill if they go wild and are re-tamed. They should keep all skill caps, resists, stats, ect.
  • Items that can be crafted Exceptional should now correctly shown the button on the craft menu.

  • Runic Reforging has been overhauled and should now function correctly.
  • Loot drops have been tweaked so properties drop in the correct min/max intensities and increments.
  • Summoned creatures will now attack pets correctly.
  • Guarding pets will now break attack when focus target hides.
  • Various properties on equipment now displays in the correct order. (Exceptional, Crafted by, imbued, insured)

  • Named ML bosses will no longer flee when low on health.
  • Items for sale on player vendors now show the cost in the correct location.
  • The Distillery is now able to be crafted correctly.
  • Added "guild" command to open the guild menu. (Apparently this is a thing on UO, you learn something new every day)
  • Imbuing now requires the correct ingredients when trying to imbue on Damage Increase.

  • Various new Keeps and Castles have been added to the house placement tool.

Bug Fixes
  • House item/container secure settings for Guilds now works correctly where it has to be owner of the house and must be at least a member of the Guild.
  • Fixed various issues with loot. (Mage Armor on leather armor, ect)
  • Dread Horn no longer stacks its special attack / special attack has been fixed to match UO.

  • More property list adjustments for items. We may have it right this time!
  • Fixed an issue where "Insured" items were not always getting the tag "insured" right away.
  • Runic Reforging options/runic kits will now remove the proper named prefix/suffix.
  • Bumped horned/barbed runic kits to the higher end intensity roll. These seem to jive with most tests on UO.
  • Reforging minimum intensity for named properties no longer go from the tables, they are 75% of max. This seems to hold up on all UO tests
  • Crafting items that use all resources now only consume 1 on fail. Successful craft will also send a spell gain check for each item crafted.
  • Fight mode ranking (targeting system of all mobiles/monsters) will always choose a pet over a player in the event of a tie.
  • Fixed an issue where dread horn was moving stats to 1 if they were too Low
  • Reduced Shadowguard pirate skills, hopefully they become easier to bard.
  • Metal Boxes can now be engraved.

Following the next scheduled 6am restart the follow changes will go live:

In-Game Store Additions
  • Garden Shed - 1,500 Sovereigns (found in the DECO category)
    • House addon that contains two secure containers that do not count towards house storage limits, each capable of holding 125 items with no weight limit. The footprint is 4x3.
  • Loot Evaluator - 200 Sovereigns (found in the MISC category)
    • This custom item can be used on equipment you loot to see the property weight and intensity. May get expanded on in the future.

Changes
  • Players will no longer need to constantly move in Blackthorns dungeon to avoid being teleported and poisoned. That mechanic has been removed.

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where pets were not gaining stats that are below the cap of 125, outside of pet training, when fighting monsters.

  • Rising Tide (This event will run from now until September 1st)
    • Visit the Town Cryer to read about the latest on The Guild’s rise on the High Seas!
    • Battle against ships and the fortified plunderbeacon to recover Maritime Trade Cargo!
    • Sell Maritime Trade Cargo for Doubloons to the Pirate Merchant on Buc’s Den or deliver the cargo to a City Trade minister to fund the city’s coffers!
    • Purchase rewards from the Pirate Merchant with doubloons, with new rewards being added each month the event is active!

  • Ship Cannon Crafting & Firing Update
    • Match & Matchchord have been removed from alchemy crafting and are no longer needed in the cannon use process.
      • The match can still be used to fire a cannon
      • Match & match chord can be turned in for Cleanup Britannia points
    • Crafting potash no longer requires water as an ingredient, instead crafters must be near a water source which includes the water trough, water tub, water barrel, bucket of water, fountain of life, sinks, dragon tubs, dragon turtle fountains, koi ponds, and the water wheel.
    • Potash now functions as a “make all” item and will craft as much as possible based on available ingredients.
    • The following changes have been made to existing cannon resources,
      • “light” and “heavy” powder charges are now simply “powder charge”
      • “light” and “heavy” cannonballs are now simply “cannonball”
      • “light” and “heavy” grapeshot is now simply “grapeshot”
      • “light” and “heavy” frost and flame cannonballs are now simply “frost cannonball” and “flame cannonball”
      • updated tileart for powder charge to make it more visually distinctive from cannonballs

    • The following changes have been made to cannons & associated resources,
      • The “light cannon” is now known as “culverin”
      • The “heavy cannon” is now known as “carronade”
      • Polished art assets for cannons to make them more visually distinctive
      • The metallic dyetub can now be used on placed cannons to hue them
      • Cannons are now containers, resources for firing cannons can be placed inside them in what is referred to as the “magazine”
    • The following changes have been made to the cannon firing process,
      • Cleaning a cannon is no longer required and the swab has been removed from tinkering.
      • When double clicking a cannon the firing control has two options “PREP” and “FIRE”
        • A player must be within 2 tiles to execute this action
      • Place cannon firing resources inside the magazine and push the “PREP” button to begin the cannon firing process. Resources will be taken from the magazine.
        • Only 1 player may participate in preparing the cannon for firing.
      • Cannons will automatically move through each step in the “PREP” process so long as resources are present in the magazine.
        • This process will continue so long as the player is present on the ship, if the player leaves the ship the process will pause.
      • Cannons can now be fired with a match or a torch, as such torches will no longer auto-douse when placed in the backpack.

Bug Fixes
  • Cannons now dish out the proper damage against other galleons/damageable items.
  • Boats now stop when they turn, per UO.
  • Added mastery requirements to Combat Training Spell.
  • Items with self repair with brittle, antique or no repair will have self repair auto-removed on server start.
  • Overhaul of the Imbuing Calculations.

  • Weavers now sell Yarn and Wool.

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where bulk orders weren't caching correctly (maybe the last time?)
  • Removed additional yarn from crafting fuse cords.
  • Reduced ingot cost to repairing Cannons.
  • Added chance of maritime Cargo to spawn on pirate and merchant crews as well as their galleon holds.
  • Plunderbeacon cannons no longer fire if their operator is killed (North/South facing only). The east/west facing will continue to fire (as they have no visible operators) as long as any of the crew are alive.

  • We are changing back the Vendor Economy mechanic to the newer system. Price increases, stock delays, ect.
    • We have set the restock timer to 5 minutes.
  • Players will now remain Young, if they wish, for 240 hours (10 days).
    • The advantages of being Young help the new player get started.

  • Players now have the correct craft chance when attempting to craft the telescope.
  • PVP discord now correctly follows harmful restrictions.
  • Auction owners can no longer set start/buyout prices after an auction has started.
  • Added proper pet training abilities to the Triton pet.
  • Plunderbeacon spawn now drops maritime cargo. Only the first wave will spawn cargo to prevent exploits and easy cargo farming.

  • Shard Loyalty is being removed.
  • The follow items are now worth 200 Clean Up Britannia Points:
    • Snowman (random players name)
    • Head of a spike (random players name)
    • Hanging flowers (random players name)
    • Whispering rose (random players name)

Bug Fixes
  • Special scroll books (IE: Power scroll books, ect) are now accessible to those who locked them down.
  • Caddellite harvest resources should now stack properly.
  • Ossein Ram now has the proper trainable pet abilities.
  • Pet Statues now correctly check their map when released.
  • Fixed an issue where over head titles could get a little buggy.

Changes
  • City Trade Deals now cost the normal amount of gold. Remember you can turn in this new cargo, to its respected city, for a lot of gold for your treasury.
    • As always if you see a town with no Governor or a Governor who has not been active in a while please let us know and we can swap them out, until the next election cycle.
  • We have reverted previous changes made to Justice / Protection. They now once again mirror UO.

Bug Fixes
  • Various changes to the formulas used in Imbuing and magic loot drops to get use even closer to UO.
  • Harpsichords are now usable by house friends.
  • Fixed an earlier crash.
