What are some rare books that are obtained as quest or rewards from various systems?
I can't think of them all off the top of my head but here is an example of what I am looking for:
The intent is to make it so the Community Collection Library starts expecting these books for much more reasonable points instead of currently needing to make 60,000+ of some random low level item.
It's a library and they want to start to collect and display rare books from the game.
