Yeah, just get few pitchers of water, get on a ship and look for water elementals. Throw pitchers at them and once in a while you'll get endless decanter (most of the time pitcher will shatter upon throwing) Also you can get only one endless pitcher per water elemental, so no point in throwing more if you get one already from this ele.
