Investigating Cultist's Spellbook

I have the spell book from the kaldun hand it but it does not buff me with the Caddellite Infused buff or after feeding pet it does not show that i can use spells.

It does seem to let me dmg them with spells so not sure if it working correctly or just not showing the bug

classic uo client not modded, it does seem to dmg them but no mana regen in wraith form either

I not seeing buff for spells with normal spellbook candelite one just show 0 % from spells at buff but i think Its just cosmetic

If the target does not have mana you will not gain mana from leeching.

the ability to leech mana from the targets mana pool. (If the targets mana pool is empty then you leech nothing.)

There does appear to be a cosmetic issue though if the buffs are not appearing.

When I equipped it I always got the buff. Can anyone else confirm that they at-least also see the buff?

That was thing what im talk about. Regular candelite book also give same buff
