Champion spawns vs normal spawns

When doin a champion spawn on OSI back in the days it was fairly easy due to the low HP all spawns had. Well it was dangerous vut the mobs hp wasnt high due to the intensity of the spawn.

Example:
Dragon spawns from the Rikktor only had 50% the normal dragon hp but the same damage for example.

Is it still like that here?

As far i know mobs and champs itself have been modified when more powerfull skills was introduced. You can always back to ml era and fight champs with like 50% less resists and hit points.
Its imo good change to make them like they are.

Imagine get raidef on semidar - you use autoress from spellweaving but before that aplied semidar was already dead- here is fair enough reason to even try fight champ back-average difficult even with slayer.
Compare to my old server where Semidar can be owned with slayer in like 4 double strikes
