Paid a happy 5kk but it was worth it. Pretty stoked to have me a trammy mansion.
Told him I wanted those specific walls, told him I wanted to be able to enter and exit through the side to my other house(soon to be guildhouse) told him I needed to have a fuck ton of storage for stuff I loot and have it orderly which he did and provided a Engraving Tool per each wooden chest, told him I preferred bigger rooms vs smaller rooms. Everything was spot on and he didnt even scam me and im like his most fav person on the server
