FIXED Skill Gains Slow after recent patch

Hi Dan,

I think that new update lowered skill gains quite a bit. I've noticed that the characters I've been training have begun to crawl. A few people in Discord also have had this issue.

It was noted higher up in Discord chat that we had already fixed it but it would not take affect until after the restart.

Even though we had the antimacro code set to false in the config it was still triggering as true.

I hard edited the code to keep it shut off and skill gain should once again feel like it did before.
