FIXED Ship Never Repaired

Dumped a ton of boards and cloth into repairing my ship and it told me several times, "The ship ius now 100% repaired" after doing the repair job. however, when i mouse over the tiller man, he says the ships condition is still "slightly damaged".

Won't let me dry-dock it.

Update on this: I dropped some more cloth and boards into repairing the boat today and it finally let me repair it to full (condition: pristine).

It seems the message was the only bugged thing about the repair feature, since it said "100% repaired" several times. It probably goes in intervals of 10% or something and it was at like 91% and then got rounded up.

I went to refresh one of my medium dragon ships to find it was "Greatly Worn", upon refreshing the vessel it now reads "Slightly Worn"; where it should say "Like New". I can't dry dock it at the moment to see if that totally refreshes it.

This issue was in regards to an erroneous message.

This issue should now be fully resolved.
