The idea is to create a bag that is insurable (and has a pre-determined fixed insurance cost) that holds ~50? stones worth of any spell reagent (Necro, Mystic, Magery).
It's good for pvpers who don't want LRC suits due to build limitations, pvmers like sampires who may need vamp embrace when they res, etc.
To me just the convenience of not losing my pitance of regs each death would be so nice lol
Most of the work can be avoided by basically just reskinning a quiver for the reg ids of magery / mystic / necro regs.
