Bug Fixes
  • Added missing the attribute and 10% healing bonus to the First Aid Belt.
  • Players can now instantly log out in the Royal City Inn (TerMur).
  • An issue where grid squares in containers, on the Enhanced Client, would get bugged out and not allow you to place in them has been fixed.
    • EC users please test this out and let us know of any issues.

Major Change
  • Healers, Tanks, and DPS will all be equally counted when receiving looting rights throughout the game.
    • The Healer will receive a loot score based on the amount of damage HEALED towards other players who are fighting a target.
    • The Tank will receive a loot score based on the amount of damage TAKEN while fighting a target.
    • The DPS will receive a loot score based on the total about of DAMAGE they inflict
      • You could get a % from each category.
  • The total score will determine if you receive looting rights. Looting rights grant access to the corpse as well as artifacts and special drops.

      • Cooking Recipes – 45 minimum cooking skill via Barbecue.
        • Hamburger – bread, raw ribs, head of lettuce.
        • Hot Dog – bread, sausage.
        • Sausage – ham, dried herbs.
      • Miner’s Satchel – 50% Weight Reduction, holds ore, ingots, granite, and saltpeter.
      • Lumberjack’s Satchel – 50% Weight Reduction, holds logs and boards.
      • Harvester’s Axe – magically transforms logs into boards, can be recharged with a runed switch.

Bug Fixes
  • Frenzied Whirlwind no longer affects the original target twice.
  • Mr Plain's cookies no longer stack.
  • Horn of plenty now recharges a charge every day during November and no longer deletes if it has 0 charges.
  • Fixed a display issue with Magincia stall menu.
  • Imbue last now adds the proper delay to the Imbuing menu being reset.

  • Allured / Command Undead controlled creatures will no longer produce any loot when they die.
  • Various notoriety and flagging issues regarding VvV and non VvV players should now be resolved.
  • Using a Scroll Of Alacrity will now have a buff bar icon associated with it so you can see how much time is left.
  • The Cello, Trumpet, Cowbell, and Wall Mounted Bell now have the correct sounds associated with them.
  • Coagulated Legs (Peerless key) now weigh 1 stone.
  • The Runic Atlas should now be easier to read on the Enhanced Client.

  • Power Scroll, Scroll of Alacrity, and Scroll of Transcendence books can now be purchased from the UO Heritage Store for 100 Sovereigns each.

Bug Fixes
  • Server code has been optimized to reduce lag when multiple mobiles (players and monsters) are moving around in the same location.
    • Players should notice huge ping improvements when in champion regions and other congested areas.
  • The Silver Trader should now show the correct properties of the equipment he is selling.
  • Multiple fixes to the Runic Atlas.
  • Frost Mites now spawn with the correct starting hit points.

Changes

VvV Changes
  • Vice Vs Virtue combat will be active on all facets.
  • Entering the region of an active VvV battle will flag any VvV as combat restricted (Heat Of Battle) which will prevent recalling / gating away.
  • Silver gained during a VvV battle, while uncontested (no opposing VvV players in the region) will reduce silver by 50%.
  • Non VvV players who flag VvV will now only remain flagged for 10 minutes (down from 30). Remember assisting or fighting VvV in any way will restart this timer.
  • If a Non VvV player flags VvV in one facet but then travels to another it will now clear them of being flagged for VvV.
    • Remember you can not travel when Heat of Battle if active.
  • Some VvV rewards have had their prices increased.
  • VvV equipment will now spawn as BRITTLE instead of Antique and have 150/150 durability.
    • Brittle does not make items decay quicker. Instead these items are = to Replica items obtained from champion spawns and simply just can not have Powder Of Fortification applied to them.
  • VvV mounts and Essence of Courage have been removed.
  • Players can now purchase VvV Ethereal Horses and Ostards for 15,000 silver.
    • These Ethereals come Blessed.
    • Can only be used while you are in VvV and are Owner restricted.
    • Provide a 5% PvM damage reduction bonus, while mounted.
We have a few more new rewards on the way and will continue to listen to player feedback in regards to these VvV changes.


Bug Fixes
  • Abyssal Infernal and Stygian Dragon Abilities are now more accurate.
  • Fixed an exploit where players could obtain an unlimited amount of City Banners.
    • @DewCono will be awarded 1,000 Sovereigns for bringing this to our attention.
  • Controlled pets will no longer cast heal spells when they have the Mysticism magical ability.
  • Attacking your own summons will no longer flag you as a criminal.

  • The Talisman of Animal Husbandry can now be purchased from any Vet NPC for 500,000gp.
  • The Talisman will bond and bless to the first player to equip it. It has a chance to even spawn as a summoner or slayer type.
  • Clicking the talisman once will allow you to select the number of pets and style.
  • Double clicking the talisman, while equipped, will bring up your pet buff bar.
  • The purpose of the talisman is to show you any buffs and debuffs your pet may have.

VvV Changes
  • Added extra information to the VvV signup menu so players understand what they are getting into.
  • Added a small amount of silver awarded for enemy kills. You will not earn silver for any account matching IP's to reduce abuse. You can only gain silver 5 times in a 3 hour period from a player. Each kill from that player halves the silver earned each time, so 20, 10, 5, 2, 1, 0.

Bug Fixes
  • The Invigorate HP bonus will now go over the cap correctly.
  • The Masonry Gryphon and Gargoyle statue have had their crafting success rates adjusted.
  • The Salvage bag now takes into account your Blacksmihing or Mining skill correctly.
    • The Salvage bag should now work with the correct tools. (IE - Smithy Hammers)
