FIXED Insuring Item Display

So i'm not sure how to screenshot this so i'll try to describe it best i can. Since the insurance property display was corrected to be in the right position, when you insure an item now by the "Toggle Item Insurance" option. It DOES NOT show as insured until you move the item in your inventory.

So this bug has already been identified and will be fixed with the next restart.

And for you perfectionists, I noticed the Uses remaining property for certain items was in the incorrect spot. This will be addressed as well. Sorry Dan, a few more files to be updated. Bascially, the property lists have gotten a complete upgrade. Which is good, it needed one.
