Conflags on Real UO still work in people houses... as you can see.
In this screenshot from ServUO you can see it only put some of the fields and they are ONLY outside the plot (it shows fire tiles due to my options in UOS)
Also to be clear On ServUO - No damage is taken by people in the house when you throw a conflag.... (because the mutli of the house or whatever seems to delete the fire tiles.) but on RealUO the flame goes on top of the house on whatever level you throw it and if someone stands in it they take damage just like when they are not in a house.
