FIXED Lich Form

Lich form doesn't take health from you here... Every other shard i've played it does. Pretty sure this is a bug.

It shows the debuff of -5 HPR but its not taking it away from my health bar even tho I am naked @Dan

The reason there were no links included is because you actually get the buff that shows it’s supposed to be taking HPR down yet it was doing it.

True but the sources I posted to ServUO also shows the correct formula. Sources help regardless. Buff icons are controlled by clilocs which do not always get updated. It is a good habit to get into.
